Yep, that’s right, yesterday I bought a few resellable guides off ebay to try and test out- and guess what?
Some ebayer posted the following advert in the information selling section

I mean what kind of ebay title is that? Well, I certainly took a look at the auction and it’s selling like hotcakes – 86 sales already. I guess it’s the simple ideas that work. Although I do have my suspicions about such an auction -especially when the description is quite dubious.

In regards to your question – it will mostly be dependent on how you have optimized you blog i.e. if you are hosting a lot of multimedia content yourself then this will affect loading times considerably more when compared if videos were hosted on youtube/viddler etc..
Additionally, it may also be dependent on your host providers, and sometimes the amount of traffic visiting your site.
