Hey Nigel,
Nice video. Have you submitted it to the other video sites as well?
What about the social news and bookmarking sites. Alex has mentioned the Web 2.0 stuff a few times and I am guessing he will have an entire module about it.
Submitting your videos and blog posts to sites like Digg and Propeller can create very powerful back links that will boost your Google ranking and give you multiple listings in the search engines.

Thanks for popping by and yeah good tip about submitting to other websites as well. I;m currently investigating a new software that can upload one video to many places however I’m not too sure whether it’s just all hyped up.
Anyway, glad you like the videos, got another one loading at the moment. Now as for the next video afterward, I’m not quite sure when that will be. I told everyone I’d be outta town for 2 weeks as I’ve got to help my parents out at their shop every week from Tuesday – Saturdays until christmas because some staff wanted to leave for an extended christmas holiday. Alright for some.

Thanks for your comment. Yeah I was very surprise about the video results too. I would definately say that videos are very good marketing strategy. It;s ver y easy to start, just try and make some slides in powerpoint, save them as jpgs, import them into movie maker and then upload them into Youtube.
You could do the more elaborate ones that other students have done using camtasia. I;ve not used camtasia before so couldn’t comment much about it.
Anyway, thanks for checking by before I’m on a workholic schedule for the next few weeks. See above to what I said to JT about having ot work til christmas.
