Hey Everyone,
Firstly before anything else, I wanted to say a MASSIVE “Thank you” to all and everyone who has so kindly left me such wonderful comments, advice and support on my blog of which I have been unable to attend with during the past few difficult weeks and that I am most glad to have finally conquered and defeated the strange viral health issue, which I eventually discovered was caused due to the combination of not looking after myself properly i.e. spending far too much time on the laptop i.e. 18+ hours each day, a lot of stress caused from having to deal with family offline issues along with the lethal dust allergy which was partly due to my own fault of neglecting to vacuum often, it was just a matter of time before I burned out completely.
Thankfully all that has now been resolved, well there are still a few minor issue here and there that will need tending too, but at least the majority of things have been tied, so I guess one could state that the storm is now begining to recede and that a new dawn has appeared.
I can now begin to look forward to continuing my internet marketing journey and I know it won’t be an easy ride, especailly having missed out on a couple of webinars sessions, there will certainly be lots to catching up to, however I am not faltered by it in anyway, as I am absolutely determined to make it all the way, it make take a little longer than I had orignally planned, but hey who could have predicted what had occured?
Anyway , Thanks again to you all, you know who your my loyal fans, readers, supporters and friends, your support has been truly awesome and although I don’t know how I may repay you all back yet, I guess the next best thing at the moment is to complete my LWS Course, document my journey, share my experience with you all and hopefully that I may also be able to help add extra value to your lives as well.

Yeah I am really glad that I managed to come through and finally got myself back on track and out of the dark woods of doom. Am really grateful to all the wonderful comment of support and advice from yourself and others, couldn’t have done it without the kind support, advice and encouragement, and yes I will be getting the hoover out weekly and decided to also invest in an air purifier as well, hopefully this will aid towards a cleaner office environment.
As for catching up, aye, no problems with that and yes I know I am under pressue to make sure that I perform, which I guess is a good thing and I certainly don’t want to dissapoint you or anyone either.

Popped over to see you and say thanks for dropping by at my blog – new post to follow at the end of the week as off tomorrow to celebrate my mum’s 80th birthday.
I’m really glad that you are feeling better – but as I said in a previous post of mine, it is REALLY important to take time out to look after ourselves – the laptop will still me there when you come back.
Now look after yourself or else I shall be rushing through cyberspace to give you a stern telling off (and I’m good at that with 2 teenagers in the house!)
In the long run your health and sanity will always be far more important than working online, so make sure that you take regular breaks, drink plenty of water, exercise (in whatever way suits you) and do something that makes you laugh!

And yes health is always more important. I will certainly take better care of myself, drinking lots of water is easy, not so sure about the breaks or excercies – will have to work on them issues as I neglected them for a bit – time to get something planned and then take action upon it.
